Mark
24 WEEKS

Mark started training with me after a sad day at a funeral when he nearly dropped the coffin when asked to carry it. This gave him 2 reasons.
​
Firstly, he didn't ever want to be feel vulnerable from not being physically strong enough to do something ever again.
​
Secondly, he never wanted someone else to be in a position where he was so heavy someone else couldn't pick up his coffin.
​
Mark lead a busy lifestyle during our time training, while juggling his own company, promoting his book, traveling abroad for business and making sure he was making time for his family.
​​
We overcame the limited time available in Mark's schedule to get him in the best shape has ever been. ​

Daljeet
48 WEEKS

When Daljeet started training with me, she had never stepped foot into a gym, she was a complete novice. Nervous and hesitant about the whole process. By the end of our time together, Daljeet used to walk into the gym beaming with a smile to be there and spring in her step excited to train. She trusted the process and took on board all the advice i gave her in and outside of the gym.
Daljeet was also a vegetarian, so making sure we had adequate protein in her diet was more of a challenge but is achievable with the right diet.
Daljeet had a deadline which did help her stay focused, she wanted to look her very best for her wedding day and she was incredibly over the moon with physic for her wedding day.

Kainan
10 WEEKS

Kainan came to me feeling low on energy everyday, no drive to face the day.
​
She needed a lifestyle audit and this is exactly what we done. Kainan's diet was leaving her tired, lethargic and inflamed. sleep quality was suffering due to this which made the symptoms snowball into chaos.
Kainan, with the combination of resistance training and tweaking her lifestyle hadits and nutrition. Became a brand new person, full of energy ready to tackle anything that was put in front of her.

Timur
8 WEEKS

Timur had been training and trying to work out his diet before working with me.

Spinning his wheels but not getting the most out of his time and effort. Which he had little of being the founder of his tech company taking up most of his time.

He wanted to figure out what he was doing wrong and how to effectively get to his goal physic with minimal time and effort. (doesn't mean no effort was required).

James
6 WEEKS

James needed to get ready for his trip to Ibiza and only had 6 weeks to get beach body ready.

With this in mind we needed to hit the ground running. There was no building in phase we had to make changes from the get go and stick to them.
​
Sounds extreme but James was focused and followed the game plan. James loves to DJ so being around a party atmosphere was a non-negotiable. With this in mind alcohol was involved but with the right guidance and protocols in place, James was able to enjoy his party life while also getting beach body ready!

Andrew
12 WEEKS

Andrew had enough of his lifestyle of work, eating takeaways and sitting in front of the TV to do it all over again the next day.

He knew he needed to change but didn't know where to start. This was when i came in, together Andrew and I mapped out the next 3 months of his life to set out new, achievable and sustainable habits that would get him towards his goals and give him back control of his life.

Andrew absolutely nailed the assignment and got his rewards for it. He trusted the process and make a conscious effort to change for the better.

Charlie
55 WEEKS

When Charlie started to train with me, it was just after Covid. We all knew how hard it was finding the motivation and staying consistent in lockdown. I think it definitely got the better of us at some point. But for charlie, it was the final straw! He knew once lockdown lifted he was going to make the biggest change for his health and that's what he did!
Charlie came to me not even being able to split squat his body weight, to eventually being able to run a full marathon, play hockey again and never have to worry about his weight being an issue when exercising ever again.

As a young man in london, Charlie wanted to still go out with friends, enjoy socialising and have fun all while trying to become a fitter version of himself. Although some aspects of his life needed to change it wasn't to the detriment of not being able to continue to go out to meals, enjoy alcohol over the weekends (Responsibly) and not living like a monk for the rest of his days.
With strategic planning in place, Charlie had the best of both worlds. becoming fitter and enjoying life at the same time. Believe it or not, it can be done with the right steps in place.

Stephen
12 WEEKS

Stephen was fed up with the way he looked and felt on a day to day basis and decided to make a change about it!
​
Stephen started training with me, with a shoulder injury which prevented him from doing any full range of chest or shoulder pressing. With this limitation we started slow and prevented full range of motion presses by only doing floor presses and other stability movements to allow the shoulder to get stronger with the range he had. Over time once he became stronger within the range of motion he had we started to increase this range to finally getting him to dumbell press with his full range of motion of the shoulder. Something Stephen thought he'd never be able to do ever again. As you can see, this helped to develop his upper body greatly.

Armin
8 WEEKS

Armin had been training on his own for a while before we started training together. His frustration was no matter how hard he tried he just couldn't seem to lose that stubborn belly fat.
With the help of training intensity, programming and nutrition management, we transformed Armin's Physique in 8 weeks. It wasn't that Armin wasn't working hard enough on his training and dieting, but just needed the right guidance on how to approach it.

Ranjit
10 WEEKS

Ranjit sadly fell into a dark place and gained more weight than he'd ever wanted. Knowing he needed to change he decided he needed help in doing so.

He was ready to change and just wanted someone to help him on how and what to do in order to achieve this. This is where i came in.

Ranjit wanted fast results and to get back to his old self as quick as possible. He followed the plan to the letter and got his rewards for his efforts.

Lindsay
10 WEEKS

At the start of Lindsay's training he was very hesitant as to what he was able to do, with good reasoning too. Lindsay had multiple surgeries on his spine, abdominal area and knees.
He was half man, half metal. With this in mind, i assured Lindsay we can still achieve great results and be able to train with a good amount of intensity with the right exercises for himself and keep him away from injuring himself. Which is exactly what we did, Lindsay became stronger with a better quality of life and was able to achieve a fantastic body composition during the process too.
